By accessing the website at spwebdevdesigns.ca or purchasing our services ("The Digital Growth System"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including receiving SMS text messages. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

SP Web Dev & Designs provides website development, hosting, and automated communication systems ("The System") to local businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, automated SMS text messages, email marketing, and review management.

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

• Consent to Contact: By submitting a form on our website, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry or account (including SMS and email).
• Marketing/Promotional Messages: We only send marketing or promotional messages where you have provided express consent (for example, by checking a specific opt-in box).
• Opt-Out: You may withdraw consent at any time. SMS: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Email: Use the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.

• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions (e.g., new inquiries, appointment scheduling, service updates, and review requests where applicable).
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Retainer: Services are billed on a month-to-month basis via credit card.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Usage: The monthly retainer covers the system license, hosting, and management. SMS and Email usage are billed separately based on your actual volume. These carrier fees are passed through at cost and charged to your payment method on file as they are incurred.

Due to the custom nature of our "Digital Growth System" setup (Website Code & System Configuration), we do not offer refunds for setup fees or monthly retainers once the service period has begun.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
